Cardio KickBoxing is a great fitness activity for people that lack the motivation to do a workout.   Our routine is specially designed to satisfy the fitness needs of students from beginners to advance.  We provide modification by easing the intensity based on the mastery level of students.  

We incorporate circuit training to target total body workout and there are no dull moments.  While repetition is an important key to mastering KickBoxing skills,  We always find ways to introduce routines that are exciting and challenging.  


 We are a Taekwondo Martial Arts School that runs a Cardio KickBoxing program.  In other words, we instruct by following Martial arts philosophy.   We emphasize respect, discipline, and professionalism during training.
