We invite you to try and see what we are offering!  We train not only to increase our level of fitness but also to learn self-defense skills.  All in a friendly and warm atmosphere. 

  • Teens and adult class are held from 6 to 7 pm and beyond. 

  • Learn practical self-defense and improve your confidence. 

  • Train to attain a fitness level that will allow you to defend yourself.
